Reunion Pictures

We have put together a picture disc from three different cameras that were clicking away at the reunion. anyone who wants a disc that you can just plug into your computer (or even a DVD player) and reminisce...Just let me know. Send me an email at stevescarb@aol.com

Yep...WE had Cake!
And I still can't believe some of you folks waited ten years to fess up to some shenanigans. Joe, Roy, and I were cracking up at all we learned from those old war stories that started flowing out after we plied you with barbecue and iced tea.

The Paddling World before Dagger

The folks who were a part of Dagger helped bring changes to the paddling world in a monumental way. Here are some before and afters. I will let you figure out which picture was the before and which the after, but that's Jay Kincaid in the Dagger Kayak, and Uwe Fischer and his wife in the Dagger Caption. (The guy in the Coleman canoe apparently went into exile after that picture was published)

From a Coleman Canoe Ad:

Roane County has really changed

For you out of towners, you'll be surprised at how much Roane County has changed. The trail we built in Roane County Park has been turned into an RV park, messing up the view from the main park walking trail.

But we are growing fast with new development and, just announced...A New Resort!

Boy, does that one have the locals attention. ;>)

Famous Press Interviews at DAGGER

Dagger always got press. There was the famous Penthouse story on the Apostle sea kayak, but when Miguel Steak showed up, we knew we had arrived.

1996...Olympics

Yoshi and his family visit and stay at the Gray Gables Bed and Breakfast in Rugby.
Sue came up with the Great Red Spot Caper at the Olympics on the Ocoee. Everybody with Dagger wore the red shirt. The "red spot" stood out on every photo of the Olympic WhiteWater Course. We were delayed one of the days because Eric Rudolph set off a bomb in Atlanta. He later escaped into the wilds of the Nantahala National Forest, and was captured in a dumpster behind a Grocery store in Murphy, NC.
